Please review the return policy prior
to placing an order with Lee Medical.
Please retain all packaging material and paperwork in
the event that merchandise needs to be returned for
credit or exchanged.
It is the goal of Lee Medical to provide our customers
with products that meet the highest standards of quality
and service. If you receive items in damaged condition,
please contact customer service within 3 days of
delivery. We will either replace damaged merchandise or
issue a credit provided that damage is noted on the
receiving copy of the delivery company.
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase,
we will gladly exchange the item or issue a credit. All
returns must be pre-approved by Lee Medical and have a
RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number assigned. This
can be obtained by contacting our customer service
department at 504-734-9336 or 800-433-8950 (Monday –
Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 to 4:00
p.m. CST).
Shipping Charges:
If the reason for the return is the result of our error,
we will provide free return shipping. All other returns
will be shipped at the customer’s expense. Once we
receive the item, we will credit the cost of the
original item, less shipping charges if we arrange the
return.
Timely Returns:
In order for the customer to receive a full credit, all
items must be returned to Lee Medical within 30 days.
Returned items must be in their original, unopened
package and in good condition in order to be replaced or
credited. All returns received after 30 days are subject
to a restocking charge.
Discretionary Policy:
Lee Medical reserves the right to accept or refuse any
returns received without preauthorization or more than
30 days from the original shipping date. If accepted,
they are subject to a 25% restocking charge. These
returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No
return older than 60 days from the date of shipment will
be accepted for either a refund or credit under any
circumstances.
PRESCRIPTION ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER
items are subject to the return policy of the
manufacturer and may include restocking fees.
