Why are there no prices on the website?
Because of the many vendors we deal with it is impossible
to keep up with the changes in prices and post them in
print or hard copy. However, individual customer pricing
is maintained in our computer database and customers are
notified in advance before any increases occur.
Can I make payment by telephone?
Yes. Call toll free at (800) 433-8950. We accept Visa,
American Express and MasterCard & PayPal.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders, other than drop-shipments, are shipped from
our New Orleans warehouse. Naturally, the closer your
proximity, the quicker you can expect delivery. We try to
ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt, so even the
furthest locations are no more than 3 – 5 working days
away.)
How are orders confirmed once orders are placed?
Telephone orders are confirmed immediately . Fax or online
orders will be confirmed within a few hours of receipt.
How will my order be shipped? Are there shipping
options?
Most smaller shipments are shipped Fed Ex Ground and
palletized orders go by truck line. In addition we can
ship third-party using a customer’s specified carrier and
account number and offer expedited shipments which will
incur additional freight charges.
Can you ship outside the U.S.?
No.
Can I track my order?
Our customer service representatives can provide this
information if you will provide your purchase order number
and ship-to location.
Do you guarantee pricing?
We are subject to the price fluctuations of the
manufacturers we deal with. However, if we give written
confirmation of a price, we will guarantee it for one year
as well as prices on our custom dialysis kits. |
